Dr. Batakji joined Orange County Physicians’ Hearing Services in 2025 as a fourth-year Audiology Extern. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California State University, Sacramento in 2022, before completing her Doctor of Audiology degree through the joint program at San Diego State University and UC San Diego in May 2026.

Throughout her doctoral training, Dr. Batakji was an active member of the Student Academy of Audiology (2022–2025), where she managed the organization’s social media outreach. She also enjoyed giving back to the San Diego community by providing hearing screenings for elementary school children. Her early clinical experience includes working as a newborn hearing screener at Kaiser and Sutter hospitals in Northern California, where she screened infants in both the NICU and nursery.

Dr. Batakji’s clinical interests include adult and pediatric diagnostic audiology, hearing aid fittings, and patient counseling. She especially values helping patients better understand their hearing health and feel confident navigating their hearing care. She enjoys getting to know each patient and helping them find practical solutions that allow them to stay connected to the people and activities that matter most.

Dr. Batakji currently provides patient care at the Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills offices and is proud to serve patients in both English and Arabic.
