Hebbah Elokour joined Orange County Physicians’ Hearing Services (OCPHS) in June 2026 as a fourth-year Audiology Resident. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), graduating with honors, and is currently completing her Doctor of Audiology degree at California State University, Los Angeles.

Throughout her doctoral training, Hebbah has gained experience in adult and pediatric diagnostic audiology, hearing aids, vestibular assessment, electrophysiologic testing, and cochlear implants.

Her doctoral research focused on tinnitus in young adults, with an interest in the evaluation and management of tinnitus and its impact on everyday life.

Outside of her clinical training, Hebbah volunteers with Special Olympics, participating in community hearing screenings and outreach events.

Hebbah provides patient care at the Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills offices and offers services in both English and Arabic.
