Dr. Pirayeh Niavarany earned her Master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Southampton in England and her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from the University of Florida.

Dr. Niavarany began her career with O.C. Physicians’ Hearing Services (OCPHS), where she completed her clinical fellowship from 2009 to 2011. She later gained extensive clinical experience at the renowned House Ear Clinic, where she worked as a diagnostic audiologist before returning to OCPHS in 2013.

During her time at House Ear Clinic, Dr. Niavarany performed comprehensive audiological evaluations, vestibular and balance assessments, and specialized diagnostic testing, including Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) and retrocochlear assessments. She also provided hearing healthcare services at satellite clinics, including hearing aid consultations, evaluations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care.

With more than 15 years of experience in audiology, Dr. Niavarany is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based hearing care. Her clinical interests include comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting, verification and optimization of hearing technology, and vestibular assessment. She is passionate about helping patients find practical, personalized hearing solutions that enhance communication, independence, and overall quality of life.

Dr. Niavarany is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and is licensed by the State of California as both a clinical and dispensing audiologist.

Dr. Niavarany provides care at the Irvine location and is fluent in English and Farsi.
